Is there any way to include preloaded content in the app, to be able to review the courses without an internet connection after installing the apk? or there is an option to download all the course content on the device, not in the cache memory.

Yes api hits will be sent if not then it will load the already loaded content .
but it needs internet when user first opens up app .
