for video in app  you need to use this shortcode:

 

[iframevideo]<iframe src='https://www.youtube.com/embed/MFtX9ussRKk' width='560' height='315' frameborder='0' allowfullscreen=''>
</iframe>[/iframevideo]
Also make sure your unit type is set to video.

This error also occur because of version conflict so please check the version

On my MAC setup I have these versions :
