I can’t open a private discussion for app customization

please help, I want to customize the app that I bought on the codecanyon, I’m not a programmer so I want to ask the help of the wplms team to customize it, I have made a submission, but the forum is private and I don’t have access to the forum, every time I open a discussion link always given the answer “Customizations are private. You’re not allowed to view this topic.”
I will pay for the customization, so please help.
