I am not part of WPLMS team but I think I can help you out with this.

There are 3 things you need to do to get the wallet working.

1: Got to your WordPress DashBoard > LMS and select the API Tab
    – At the bottom, you will find an option to enable wallet

After enabling that you can go to the next step.

2: In your App src>services open config.ts in sublime or notepad or any editor of your choice. Go to line 90 and check whether the value for wallet is set to true. if it is set to false, just change it to true.

Once that is done you can check your app. If you see an error message “Please contact admin to enable wallet products” don’t worry.
This is a common error if you haven’t added valid product details.

To add products first you need to create In-App products in Play Store (if you are working on Android App) or App Store Connect (iTunes Connect) if you are working on iOS App. Once the product is created in the respective platform you should add it in your SRC>Services>config.ts line 126

Here the product ID should be already registered and active and points should be the amount that you wish to credit to the user’s account for that particular product/purchase.
If the product id is not active or registered or is wrong, you will see “Sample Product” in your debug app /test flight beta app and the same error message of contacting admin to enable wallet in your production/release version.

If I am not wrong, WPLMS team has already explained it in their “Getting started with your APP” course.

I hope I have cleared your doubts.
    All the best.

Excellent points by Rohit. When you prepare app in xCode make sure you see the “In App Products” active in the settings/capabilities section.
