We are planning to buy a WPLMS Batches plugin...I want to know whether it is also supported for mobile apps ?

Yes, batches work with the mobile app.
If you are customizing at your end, you just need the batch plugin to your site and you have to enable batch setting from App as well(from config.ts file).
