Hi, I had a team work on customizing our WPLMS theme. I had installed Default WPLMS, the team made customizations, then they realized they didn't do it with a child theme. The team agreed to create a child theme, but then suddenly the layouts were from Demo4. I do have a copy of the site with the customizations and Default theme. The layouts I need are from Default theme- single course template, user dashboard- I need the tabs to be vertical, not horizontal, like it's in Default. Do I start from a fresh Default install - and loose all theme customizations? Or can I modify the current WPLMS installation so that the single course, user dashboard are from Default? Thank you in advance!   At this point it's a bit of a mess - a lot of customizations are made to the theme already, and they didn't convert the layouts to default like agreed. Do I start from a fresh Default installation and find someone to repeat the customizations? I'm trying to avoid this, but realize it may be my only option. Or can I upload files that will replace the layouts with what I need - default layouts? Another layout to this situation is that originally, I Any recommendations? Can someone take a look at the site? Thank you in advance!

No you do not have to start from scratch because all the demos are created from the same default theme, the only difference between them is the settings like layouts settings, color settings, header and footer settings. go to appearance->customize->layouts, and change all the layouts to default, refer: http://prntscr.com/el1oey Similarly change the other settings like header and footer to default, refer: http://prntscr.com/el1p8l

Wow!! Thank you so much for making these settings available. Unfortunately, I've blindly trusted them. There are changes to the header and width of the website that were done with code. Even when I adjust the settings you showed above, the header remains the same. Do you know how I can safely restore the header and width of the site on the backend...I can't do it with the settings, because it's been changed in the code directly. Could I give you credentials to the site? It would really mean the world at this time. I'm trying to get this wrapped up... Thank you for all your help!

If the changes are done directly in the theme files and the plugin files, and if you do not want them then you can update the theme and plugins and their code will be removed . If you have some specific location where you want me to look into, then please share the screenshots to clarify the issue and site url and the credentials to check it on your website. PS: Please mark your reply as private while sharing the credentials.

Is there a theme setting for having an image/ images slider similar to Layers Slider below the navigation menu, but above the content? That is one of the modifications they made.

Sorry but there is no such settings. Yes, you can download the wplms package again from the themeforest and replace your header.php with the one in the package.
