Remove the hyperlinks of course's name and thumbnail inside "My Courses" page

It would be awesome if we could remove the hyperlinks of course's name and thumbnail inside "My Courses" page. Removing these links would force people to click in "Start course" or "Back to course" instead of clicking in the course name or the thumbnail and being redirected to that page which they don't have the real access to the course's content and course's panel.
