    Hi Support, I am using WPLMS S3 for video and very often faced the below error and required to refresh in order to view the video again.
    Error loading this resource
    I have removed the duration time set on the S3 video URL. Please advise how can i prevent this. thanks and regards

    next is where can I change this sentence : Error loading this resource please advise as well.

    This is not a coding bug as this is replicable sometimes only. There could be a third party variable interfering with this. Please try disabling the caching as the cache plugin also cache the url and if the same url is opened again then it is already expired and can give this error. Also we will need time to debug this issue.

    When first visit to the site, the video is ok and after re-visit it gives this error: Error loading this resource Then i have to refresh the page in order for the video to work again. Please help to fix this. thanks and regards.

    Thanks for sharing the credentials. I am checking your site right now...   p.s : Once again I would like to mention here that this is not a coding issue and not an issue related with the theme or the plugin. Since the code is same for all the websites, a coding issue of a bug is replicable on all the websites and setups. Since it is not reported by any other user using the theme and the S3 plugin, it specifically indicates an issue in your setup and it is not considered as a part of theme support.

    "Error loading this resource" this error is not generated by wplms theme or its plugins. So I am not sure from where this error is generating, might be the browser that is generating the error, so you cannot translate it.
