    Hi, I'm really having trouble with the accessibility for my courses on mobile. Going through units on mobile, I've come to realise that my videos hosted on Amazon S3 do not load on mobile. Instead there's an 'Error loading this resource' when I click play. How can this be resolved?

    Please try adding a video on a simple page and check if the video works.

    As mentioned in previous topic your website is not accessible. This works fine, you can check our live demo sites. Please make sure your theme and plugins are updated to the latest versions i.e. 2.2.2 If you have done some customizations, then please check your customizations as this is not due to theme code.

    It may be working fine on your test website, but that doesn't help me work out why it's not working on mine. I've gone through similar complaints on the support forums, but none of the fixes helps me with my problem. I've not done any customisations whatsoever.

    If there's any inclination as to what's going wrong, that would be greatly appreciated. As I mentioned before, it's only happening on mobile.

    Okay, so what's fixed this is removing hyphens from bucket links and also setting a higher access time to allow for loading.
