Check answer button on quiz

Hi, I added a new course recently and this course, unlike any of my others, has a "check answer" button for each quiz question in the course. When i click "check answer" it corrects the answer right there and then I can continue through the other questions and submit the full quiz. Is this a setting that I accidentally turned on or is there a way to turn this off? It's only in one of my courses, my newest one that I added within the last month. Why is this only on one of my courses but not the others? Thanks!
