Please follow this guide to add additional custom featured block styles : https://vibethemes.com/documentation/wplms/knowledge-base/creating-custom-featured-block-style/ to begun with you can copy the existing featured block style code from wp-content/plguins/vibe-customtypes/includes/featured.php .
