Hi, I'm having an issue with S3 plugin. When an instructor is going to "Upload To Amazon S3" tab, what they're seeing is the home page of the site. May s3 plugin version is Version 1.3 but It doesn't have an update button.

Current version of plugin is 1.6 . Please follow this video on how to update wplms addon plugins : https://youtu.be/6iS08r0KZJY Please follow video and update s3 and check if the issue appears again . If above does not works then please share your site url and admin credentials in a private reply . to look into this .

Please try deactivating third party plugins in your site .Also if there some caching is enabled plesae disable it . we would need your valid FTP credentials to further debug this .

Hi, I found that i'ts the affiliate plugin "Indeed Affiliate Pro" that causing the conflict, I have no idea how we can solve this. Can you provide some help?

Well in that case you need to contact this third party plugin author or support to resolve this issue .It is blocking the instructor to access any content related to wp-admin. You need to ask them to exclude the instructor from this restriction .

OK thanks, I already resolved it. They have on and off settings for each user roles. Thanks anyway.
