There is no reason to panic, this happens as Envato wants us to look into some things urgently which is beneficial for the theme and project. WPLMS has been soft disabled in the past several times and we come back everytime.

There are 2 reasons why this happened :
- There was some copyright issue in our Demo16 design because of which we have to remove the demo16 design from WPLMS. Note that it is only the design part so no code related things were involved. During the design process for taking inspiration from sites we un-knowingly copy design elements and somethings this can look very similar despite being built saperately.
- The Envato Theme review plugin is showing few errors and warnings like multiple text domains in theme code. Use of few standard functions like esc_html , esc_url etc. where it is required. The Envato has made some things mandatory for all themes recently.

Moodle to WPLMS Migration now available !
You can now migrate courses from Moodle to WPLMS. Moodle the most popular open source solution for education sites and there are many sites using Moodle. Since it has a lot of options we've mapped all those options with WPLMS Course structure as a lot of functions are similar in nature. However, the plugin is currently in Beta mode.
The current version imports lessons, quizzes, questions, assignments, sections, feedbacks, Students and their progresses from a Moodle course into the WPLMS.
Please check this tutorial and share your feedback with us. You can share your Moodle course for example and we can test it as well.

As developers we really want to spend more time on development and less time on writing articles, blog posts and email campaigns and marketing stuff. But we do understand this leads to a gap between our customers and development team.
We know our users want to be informed what we're working on and share their ideas and feedback and even consult each other.
Forums are no longer an interactive way for this kind of information, you need to login then create topic and then wait for our updates. Most of the time, the team is really busy in either development or in support topics which leads to our ignoring of such important tasks.

WPLMS Chat is now Available
WPLMS Live chat is now available. This is a part of bigger project WPLMS Live, we call it Live as all the features included in this set would be realtime. There are several projects lined up, realtime Appointments, whiteboards, notifications and others.

You can also try it out at wplms.io , you'll notice there is slightly different interface for non-loggedin member and logged in member. The interface is slightly different for instructor or administrators.
WPLMS Chat is specifically designed for eLearning needs. Unlike regular chat plugins which only offer Pre-sales chat, WPLMS Chat is capable of handling much more. Which includes Group chat, personal chat, course specific chats and much more. It has an inbuilt notification system and can be connected to several LMS functions.

A user searching for course can chat with instructor by clicking on his avatar.
Use Case 2 :
Course pre-sales chat , prospective students can chat with instructor. Course pursue chat, students pursuing courses can chat with each other.

Introducing WPLMS Live
We're really excited about launching a new section in WPLMS called as "Live". This section is an enhancement to existing WPLMS and comprises of all the features which work in Real Time. For example : Live chat
All these features are built on ReactJS & Firebase, so a Google account is a pre-requisite for these features.
We're going to add these features as addons for WPLMS.

Migrating to new site WPLMS.io
We've migrated WPLMS support from http://vibethemes.com/documentation/wplms to https://Wplms.io/support , all your accounts and data has also been migrated. Simply login to your account with existing username and passwords. The new site WPLMS.io is on a brand new server infrastructure with more processing power which is secure and faster than the previous one. This will help us in ensuring lesser redundancies and downtime for the growing WPLMS Community.

WPLMS 3.2 : New Documentation, Site Export/Import and Page Builder Visual Composer integration
- Updated Documentation : We've completely revamped our documentation. Special focus has been on Getting started guide and on common issues.
- Page Builder to Visual Composer integration : you now get Page builder components mapped to Visual Composer.
- Site Import/Export Wizard : Just like the WPLMS Site setup wizard, you now get a site import/export wizard. This is useful for developing sites locally and then migrating to a live site with full content, courses, pages and everything intact.
- Child Themes integration in Setup Wizard : You no longer need to install the child theme for different design options. Stick with the blank child theme and you can import any child theme demo in your site.
WPLMS RoadMap
WPLMS is now over 3 years old and we've followed a progressive journey towards achieving the objectives of this theme. We've covered a lot of feature requests in the past and will continue to do so in future as well. However, we also feel the need to share the roadmap for WPLMS, to keep our users informed that the VibeThemes team is still committed to the original WPLMS project.

Course Templates and upload packages support

Clicking on it you will see a popup like to save current settings and values of course as a template . You can also choose to hide/show settings for while creating course template .
Upload Course package support
Not only this, if you're building courses from Articulate storyline or Adobe captivate, you can directly add your courses in WPLMS via "Upload course package". So effectively you're selling your Course packages to students and when they start they see the course package in Fullscreen like this.
