Activation flow

Hi guys, I would like to know more about the user flow in WPLMS. I need to configure every step: 1) user register in the site --> 2) user receives activation email --> 3) user goes to welcome page --> 4) user goes to the dashboard. Can you tell me where to configure 1),2),3) and 4)? Thanks in advance
