Activtion Key deosn't work sine switching demos

Hi Guys, We purchased and installed video vibe, and then when we had to change from the old demo 14 to a new demo, the activation key is no longer recognised. a couple weeks ago i replied to the purchase receipt email and Mr Vibe said he would look into it but as yet i haven't heard back. Can you help? Thanks Pete

Hello, I have discussed this situation to respected Mr.vibe sir and he told me that "you downloaded the plugin from Vibethemes.com and is using the key from wplms.io the solution is:

1. You need to re-download the plugin from wplms.io account.
2. then delete the old plugin of chat && VideoVibe
3. then upload the new plugins and use the key of newly downloaded files.
