thats not available in wplms yet, you can check for some third party plugins.
we could take a custom feature request for this at a nominal cost of $19. please let me know your thoughts.

Could you please share exactly the details of your countdown timer .From where it should fetch the date for countdown .Is is the course start date ?
Please share proper details along with some screenshot to understand your requirement accurately .

The date is not from the beginning of the course, but from the end of a cost discount.
