the WPLMS3 course unit page had forum button under content,so any possible WPLMS4 course unit page can add Helpdesk create topic and course's topic list under content that make student can quick create topic and view topic?or any helpdesk shortcode can make it happen? here is what i think: https://prnt.sc/103bw

Checked at my end this can not be done, We have a separate menu item for the helpdesk part. Let me know if we can close this thread. If you have any other issues please create a topic and let us know.

this is really strange part, every unit have unit question section but it not like helpdesk/bbpress. student have to check every unit and find the question?why it can't be part of helpdesk?why unit question and helpdesk are separate?

Unit question is a type of comment but helpdesk is an extended part of the bb-press plugin. If you still have any issues please let me know or you can create a different topics for different issue.

You can use this css to hide comments from unit like this https://prnt.sc/105ornt .course_action_points .action_points a.vicon-comments { display: none; } Currently, Topic creation and reply creation can only be done in the Helpdesk menu.

hope your team think about add helpdesk topic create under unit content because unite comments didn't have SEO features that can't help been search when course forum is pubilc. but helpdesk/bbpress can been search that's why we use it even disable unit comment when course forum is pubilc. PS:we can put bbpress shortcode for topic create under unit content but WPLMS4 will let it redirect on this vision when submit the topic.

if you team didn't have planned this time, at least make bbpress shortcode can use it on the unit without redirect when submit or click next page like my request https://wplms.io/support/forums/topic/bbpress-shortcode-will-redirect-other-page-on-unit-when-i-click-next-page/

Currently, we are not working on it but we can plan like instructor can select the forum for unit and in student view unit will show forum link for the helpdesk so that student can directly redirect to helpdesk forum. We will work on this soon. We have been also updated trello card for step please track this https://trello.com/c/c3y55JWr
