Add Skills Tag in Instructor profile

How do we can add tags input field in instructor  profile so he she can add skills in it like we have in jobs portal pr freelance websites where candidate can type skills tags and differentiate that by comma PHP, HTML,

Go to wp-admin > Users > Profile Fields from here you can add new fields which will be visible in instructor profile, then users can add the information in those fields
