Hello,   We are using the theme for a school, so the admin will create the student user, so how the instructor can add the student to course?   Also can the instructor add assignment and check the uploaded file?   Also the student how he can upload the files?

Hello, Only the instructor of the course and admin can add new students in the course. Goto course>>admin and add student from here: https://prnt.sc/t8eb8x Yes instructor can add assignment from set curriculum: course>>edit>>set curriculum, Student can upload assignment file easily, Thanks,

We didnt find the option to add student, are there any setting/plugin should be active to allow this option?

Hello, Please make sure your theme and plugins are updated to the latest versions, If the already updated and still facing the issue then please share the course url and the admin credentials in a private reply to check the issue on your site. Thanks,

sorry for interrupting between the conversation as @jackson is not here today if you are using any cache plugin then please try to clear your cache or deactivate it and then try if it is happening to a particular course only then please recreate the course.

Hello Veronica, Thank you for follow up. Please note that there is no cash plugin we used in the site, Also when i created a new course still the option to add student not appear. But the one that Jakson added are working correctly. the different between them are the URL language! the course menu not works for any course with Arabic url not only add student option Example: Arabic url - course: http://lms.darzeenat.com/course/%d8%b3%d9%86%d8%a7%d8%a8%d9%84-%d8%a7%d9%84%d8%b9%d8%b1%d8%a8%d9%8a%d8%a9-2/ English url- course: http://lms.darzeenat.com/course/level4/ Please note also that we faced an issue with Arabic language / breadcrumb and its fixed by your support team https://wplms.io/support/forums/topic/breadcrumbs-in-arabic-language/ How we can make the Arabic url works normally without any kind of issue.
