Adding numbers typed by students/users

Hi, Is there any way that on questions/quiz I will put a input (number) field below each question which will get added at the end after submission of the quiz   For Example, personal evaluation test where people can score themselves for a question and another score for another question and at the end they will get the total as result. If this is already possible with wplms then please guide me how to do it.   Thanks
