adding username parameter in url

hi I have a multisite one of them is WPLMS, both website are synced users. so I want to add the same (settings - notifications - logout) user menu in the non WPLMS Website, I tried the same links but it pass (username) parameter in the url, how can I pass it to the destination URL? I will send an example URL in my next private post
