    i am not able to edit email templates using Admin account. on my another site it is working fine but on updated version i am not able to edit this.

    Not possible sir, I am using same version wplms 3.9.9 and as an admin, I am able to do that Please check the current user role has manage_options as well as edit_posts capability Or did you changed the responsibilities for that user role
