January 31, 2022 at 3:56 pm #379069Anshuman SahuKeymasterYes you are right there is no need I forgot that you have memberships model . In that case there is no need to select any product in the course settings at all,the pricing will automatically be fetched from the membership products and access will be given on purchasing them.February 1, 2022 at 7:37 am #379083MeesterGijsSpectatorAlex, thank you! But it still doesn't do what I want. Let's do this the other way around. I'll tell you what I want, and maybe you can tell how to get this done. Ideal situation: Every course is connected to one membership. The membership has no variations and gives access to all courses for 1 year. But the product that needs to be purchased for the membership is a variable product where you can choose 1 or more years. This way I keep the course button like it is now, and not like this. Because it doens't really matter that there are options at the specific course, you still have to go to the shop/product page/checkout. I see no use in these variations displayed in the course button. Also, another wish of mine: if someone chooses for a 1-year membership product variation it needs to expire after 1 year, etc. Is this possible? GijsFebruary 2, 2022 at 3:57 pm #379209Anshuman SahuKeymasterBut the product that needs to be purchased for the membership is a variable product where you can choose 1 or more years. Im sorry this is not available with memberships . In such case you have to add a link to a pricng page on take this course button which can be done using "External course button link" in course pricing settings . https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/connect-take-this-course-button-to-external-page-2/February 6, 2022 at 7:35 pm #379490MeesterGijsSpectatorDear Alex, So I did what you said and I think we're almost there. But now when a member buys a 1-year variable membership product and then buys a 2-year variable membership (both variables from the same product) it doesn't add up the 2 years membership to the one year membership. THat member now has 2 different memberships. How come? This product: https://staging-meestergijs.kinsta.cloud/product/abonnement/ See screenshot: https://imgur.com/a/bZ15o1P How can we fix this? Also, now that it's a variable product and let's see one membership was bought and it expires? Does access to courses end? I hope so... Thanks in advance, GijsFebruary 8, 2022 at 2:49 pm #379613Anshuman SahuKeymasterAgain I already told you that variable product will not work at all with membership option . Please create a different product for each membership and select the membership in courses , that's all you need .February 17, 2022 at 3:24 pm #380240MeesterGijsSpectatorI created three memberships: 1 year, 2 years and three years: https://staging-meestergijs.kinsta.cloud/winkel/ I added one to a course: https://staging-meestergijs.kinsta.cloud/item/aangeplakte-vragen/ But I can't add a second product, or third... See here https://imgur.com/a/9aO605A Also, when not logged in, this is my course button when not using membership but connected course to product: https://imgur.com/a/ycrZXVM So how do I add 3 memberships to all the products and still have my course button? Thanks, GijsFebruary 18, 2022 at 4:05 pm #380319Anshuman SahuKeymasterNo you got it wrong : https://prnt.sc/Umu6XxvJMe3G follow doc : https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/woocommerce-membership-integration-with-wplms-addon/February 22, 2022 at 12:21 pm #380466MeesterGijsSpectatorThis reply has been marked as private.February 23, 2022 at 2:00 pm #380559Anshuman SahuKeymasterThis reply has been marked as private.March 6, 2022 at 8:04 pm #381304MeesterGijsSpectatorThis reply has been marked as private.March 7, 2022 at 3:28 pm #381353Anshuman SahuKeymasterThis is found to be an issue ,I made a small fix in your wplms woocommerce memberships plugin on staging site .Please buy one of the products and check.March 8, 2022 at 1:25 pm #381417MeesterGijsSpectatorI bought the 1, 2 and 3 year membership.
