Please check for the js error in your site : https://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Your_Browser_to_Diagnose_JavaScript_Errors If any then please share and also try deactivating the third party plugins specially caching plugins and check the issue .

I found it!! I tried turn off all third party plugin. Ninja form was making a problem. I tried turn off and turn on it, it resolved. Thank you for your help.
