All appointment Slots Not Shown To Student

For some reason, a student is not being shown all the available appointment slots. OK, I have some update. I created slots for 4 Instructors. All of them are member type Instructor. Some are role 2 of them are ROLE INSTRUCTOR and 2 are ROLE ADMINISTRATOR I tried this with two different students on 4 different browsers on the same computer. The student (any student) can see the schedule for 3 instructors and 1 instructor will not show anything. This is the same instructor in all instances. Details in the next post. I need to figure out what is wrong with this particular instructor.
