Appointments: Booking by administrator

Is there a way for the administrator to manage the bookings for the instructor and student manually? And can I turn off the ability of the teacher to set the price? And how do the teachers receive their money after the appointments? Is there a way for them to get a balance and a payout?

Right now, there is no way in the addon

Can you also answer the question about how the instructors get paid? It doesn't show in the payout section so how do they receive their payment for appointments?

Instructor Need to login and then he can set the slot price, and then create slots according to his availability. So when user book any slot of this instructor, it will take the user to checkout and after payment, he will take the class
