June 26, 2020 at 7:44 pm #270944Nakiti_89ParticipantHi there, I don't see the practicality to use both courses and appointment as my website will only have live lessons. As I am using appointment with BBB, I am wondering if I still need courses, is it possible to have all the website running only with appointment and no courses (bearing in mind that LMS is still needed)? Otherwise is there a possibility to include the "appointment section bar" in the course directory (ideally on the left)? This is how I would like to combine both: https://prntscr.com/t74nyu Also, as you can see on the first screenshot below, appointment section bar (calendar) appears however even though it seems to be clickable to book, it is unclickable and we cannot book directly from here: https://prntscr.com/t74r7n Lastly, if the tutors want to teach two subjects, how will it work with appointment? Right now, I don't see the option to select two categories. Thanks in advance, NakitiJune 27, 2020 at 6:04 am #271052DianaParticipant@Nakiti_89, This section in course directory is not possible: https://prnt.sc/t74r7n The component is react based, the whole appointment is based on react and the wplms is on wordpress. To hook together these two, we need to create wplms from scratch which is not possible with version 3.9.9.(that's why we are working on 4.0) You can submit a feature request for this wplms bbb is to create meetings in courses but the same is not with wplms appointments. Using appointments addon you can add the schedule price, slot price, book instructor, it depends on you whether you want to connect your schedule with any course or just want live sessions. Both addons are different Lastly, if the tutors want to teach two subjects, how will it work with appointment? You previously added a description on our tutor list page, however I would like to add a except limit, so when the tutor write too many info there is a link for "read more" or at least ... and the rest can be read on the tutor profile page. Also I would like the location to appear instead of the gender. But I am struggling, could you please help? I do not need the gender to appear, it is only for the filter part (we can catch about this after please). https://prntscr.com/taklas 2 last points and I should be done with this page: Is it possible to have the calendar on the left side, instead of the right side? And could the video be linked directly from the picture (so only one picture appear and not two) Could we add a button contact tutor in this page too? - https://prntscr.com/takrj3 - the tutors takes time to appears and instead of a waiting icon, it shows "No tutors available" - how can we improve this?

July 3, 2020 at 1:26 pm #272695DianaParticipant@Nakiti_89, Point 1: We are actually caching the data. In case no tutors were available then you added a new schedule for an instructor. This page will still show, no instructors found. Until and unless you close this tab and open a new tab which will show updated results Point 2: The book button on the appointments directory page is not working in your case?
Issues of the first part of the post: Issue 1: The instructor short description should show a read more link ---> really a nice idea and I like this idea. So going to add in the next update. Point noted down. However, the current problem is that it first shows no tutors available like for 5 seconds then they appear, which is not good at all, it should show something like "we are looking for availabilities ...". Point 2: I am not sure I understand your point, there is a book instructor button, however I would like to be able to book the specific time slot from the side bar: https://prntscr.com/t74r7n and no need to go to another page. Maybe replace by "we are looking for the best results". When can we expect a return from you on this point? Point 2: this is unfortunate because I can see that there is a "small-hand" icon like it is clickable, can you remove it and leave it as a normal arrow? Point 3: OK, do you have an estimated timeline on when the next version will come in? Point 4: So will I have to add manually all the countries? I expected a feature. Point 5: I will like to add the point "contact instructors" in the appointment directory page (the current page we are working in which show all the tutors and their calendar).
