assessment report on each student after every course

Hi, At the moment it seems that assessment report is not available in wplms. Only reports based on quizzes and assignments. Usually after every course, teachers would want to have a report that will assess the students in overall, be it marks, attitude, progress etc. This can be similar to survey/questionnaire, and results can be sent via email or print out. Will be great if there is such feature
