Assignments autocomplete issue

Please open the assignment, then close the browser and then open this asssignment again. And the there will be only show result button. When ypu open for the first time it is ok, But when you read an assignment then close the page and go to make it in your paper, then make photo and want to upload you open this page for the 2nd time and then there is only show result button
