Auto add products when a student activates account

Hi, We are using Woocommerce for products at our portal's backend. Is there a way to auto add single or multiple free products to students account when they activate their account. I have read that you can automatically add courses BUT we need free product/s to be added to students account when they activate. Thank you P.S: Free product have single or multiple courses in them
