Auto update not working in 4.x

Hi, I am on WPLMS Version: 4.080. I have my WPLMS key entered for all new 4.x plugins, my WPLMS > Getting started page filled in with my Envato username and authenticated. but I am not getting any notification or option to update the theme and vibe plugins to update to the latest version 4.085. Please help.

hi, we need to check the same on your site and also to make this work we need to make change in the plugin so please give us the permission to degrade your plugin version through plugin editor so once you give us the permission we will proceed

I am using the link you shared to download the plugins, but why is it that auto update is not working? It is difficult to keep checking if an update has arrived, then manually download it from your website and then upload it to my site. I have a valid wplms license and the purchase code is correctly entered, but the auto updates are still not working. Please help.
