Automatic Comment/Discussion Showing in Unit

Hello Vibe, How to make comment/question on Note & Discusson automatically visible on page when it posted without need to refresh the page. I have a live webinar/streaming unit where instructor can interact with students that asking questions through Discussion box below the unit. Then instructor answer the questions on live video. It doesn't make sense to ask instructor to refresh the page only to see the questions. Thank you.
