Avatar not Changeable?

My Instructor's Avatars are now requiring for them to go to <strong style="box-sizing: border-box; color: #444444; font-family: 'Open Sans', Helvetica, Arial, sans; line-height: normal;">Gravatar<span style="color: #444444; font-family: 'Open Sans', Helvetica, Arial, sans; line-height: normal;"> in order to update or change them...</span> What can i do to keep that process still on my site?
