September 16, 2021 at 1:01 pm #370927ngnstemSpectatorI'm designing a batch curriculum as per your guidance. Each learner can schedule 1:1 with a tutor based on the batch they're enrolled in. They should be able to see only their batch curriculum (be it videos, quizzes, games, or worksheets). Now, the key issue for us is, each tutor might have let's say 10 kids for a specific curriculum. They're mainly expected to teach video, quiz, games that are part of the course. As it's 1:1, how do tutors capture what is being taught to each kid in a specific class? Any way to track each kid's class, inform parents and use that next class to continue from where they left today?September 18, 2021 at 1:13 pm #371063Anshuman SahuKeymasterIm sorry this is not available as of yet . USer curriculums are not available , you can create and teach different course for each user .September 20, 2021 at 10:44 am #371139ngnstemSpectatorAlex, thanks once again. I do not necessarily need a user curriculum. The Batch curriculum for every learner is the same, so it's not user-specific. But yes, tutor/ instructor should know what they have done in each class just like any other class management. They might repeat the same batch curriculum for each learner, so it's imp to track each class's progress. Any idea how can we accomplish it?September 21, 2021 at 1:15 pm #371256Anshuman SahuKeymasterWell the progress inforamtion is available in the course admin and also in course statistics : https://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/crQrIiV63kYOctober 8, 2021 at 8:26 am #372303ngnstemSpectatorAlex, this is definitely good. The issue for us is that we want to capture & notify students on what is taught in today's 1:1 class, not the student progress of the course/ batch as it appears in course statistics. Students can do all quizzes/ assignments today, but teachers need to remember what was taught in each class and send those details ideally to students (and parents). Hope am making sense. Any way to do that?October 9, 2021 at 1:05 pm #372432Anshuman SahuKeymasterWell that tracking or information monitoring not available , you can add the information in the meeting description in vibe zoom : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UPCNJwAG2JIOctober 9, 2021 at 5:51 pm #372457ngnstemSpectatorThanks, Alex. Any way to add this tracking/ monitoring in the upcoming release? For now, will do with a workaround. But will be good to have it available asap.October 19, 2021 at 1:54 pm #373108Anshuman SahuKeymasterOk if you use vibe bbb or vibe zoom addons then instructors can actually record each meeting (1:1 session) to show what is exactly being taught . Instructors can add the parents as well to meetings in vibe zoom or vibe bbb and then parents can see the meeting recordings to track and monitor tutoring.October 30, 2021 at 6:51 am #373836ngnstemSpectatorBatch assignment (product and groups are set up) has once again stopped working. Can someone please check what might be happening? We integrated Razorpay and Paypal into our products. But even on successful payment, enrollment of course (batch curriculum) isn't happening. Please help debug & fix this asap. Thank you.October 30, 2021 at 1:56 pm #373869Anshuman SahuKeymasterIn order to check this up please share your course url or batch url and admin credentials in order check the issue at your end .November 2, 2021 at 8:51 am #373979ngnstemSpectatorThis reply has been marked as private.November 3, 2021 at 12:33 pm #374065Anshuman SahuKeymasterThis reply has been marked as private.
