    I get a message Update failed: download failed. Unauthorized. I checked my key from Vibethemes and it is correct. I downloaded the latest version but wasn't sure how to manually update the batches. Thanks in advance for your help.

    To manually update the plugin you'll have to upload it via ftp in your plugins directory. ----------- Can you please share the site url and the admin credentials to check the batches plugin's update issue.
