Batches section won’t show on course front end

Hi:

I’m a happy user since a few years now. Great theme and plugins, congrats. Yesterday I bought the WPLMS batches, but the batches area won´t appear on my front end, as the video shows: https://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/c3VFeEVodDr
I have read the help topis and I the BuddyPress is well configured https://prnt.sc/26fe8r0
I have downloaded and reinstalled the Batches Versión 4.8 https://prnt.sc/26fe9be and have all the themes and plugins updated, incuding the Vibe BP Versión 1.8.2

The one strange thing is that when the Vibe VP is active, I cant browse on the course front end to the components section. I have to disable it to edit the curriculum and so on.

Any ideas?

just checked on your site
the plugins and theme all are updated but you. haven’t updated the layouts
first i would like to request you that select blank layouts in wp-admin>>appearance>>customize>>layouts
and select blanks layouts there so v4 layouts will be applied on your site
once you updated to v4 layouts then we will proceed further
