I know that BBB (BigBlueButton) is not a plugin by you but, I have problemas with BBB just when I try to see it on my course. Inside the course I just can see a white space:
But, when I try it from the administration page of BBB I can see the meeting room without problem:

If your site is running on https and your meeting also running on https then it blocks some of the features on BBB. This mainly occurs in chrome.
The meeting is open in an iframe and it will block iframe. This might be a permission issue which mainly occurs in chrome. You can resolve this by setting permissions in Flash or you can simply open the meeting in another tab.
when using Google Chrome, the browser itself asks the user for permission for Flash to access the webcam/microphone. If the user doesn't give Chrome permission, the microphone/webcam will not work.
I'm using Firefox, I do not use Chrome. The problem is that a few weeks ago I had no problem with BBB even with the https enabled. Do you know of any other reason why this problem occurs?
