Well, activity streams are part of BuddyPress .
At the very best you can export the whole table using PHPMyAdmin or this plugin :
https://wordpress.org/plugins/db-tables-importexport/
you can migrate your website by using some third party plugin. that will import everything like database and current website. this will be the same replica of everything.
this is the only way to get whatever you have in current version.

to export these:- User answers to quizzes
- User activities in courses
- User points
- User badges
- User certificates
Please export and import database table user meta, activity, activity meta and post meta.
You just need to export single tables from database using phpmyadmin and then simply import these single tables in your new website database .
