fro the top issue please add this custom css in your wp-admin -> appearance -> customize -> custom css :

.vibebp_my_profile #vibebp_member {
    padding-top: 0px !important;
}

for the firebase modules not working issue ,please check if the user from which are logging in is registered to firebase in users ?
