Calculate commissions with or without tax

Hello Lets just say a product costs 124 euros ( 100 euros + Tax 24% = 124 euros total. ) And the teacher commissions is 50%. What we want to know is this: are the commissions calculated with tax included or not? For example with tax included we must pay according to WPLMS

• a commission of 50% WITH tax  ( 124 euros / 2 = 62 euros )
• OR a commission of 50% WITHOUT tax ( 100 euros /2 = 50 euros)

Also can we select how commissions are calculated? with or Without Tax?   Thank you very much. Kind Regards Stratos A.
