Cannot update

Hello There, Im trying to update the theme because envato sent me a notification email that updates is already available but while updating it I got this error refer: https://prnt.sc/oqgw2n and another thing if I click the WPLMS is nothing happen it was stock. please try. Thanks

Well the error is related to file permissions .The php code is not able to create any directory in your server. you have to contact the webhost on this. Secondly you can try updating manually : https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/manually-updating-wplms/

Well the issue is server related .You have to contact your webhost on this. If you want to update in urgent then please follow this tip : https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/manually-updating-wplms/
