Can't change body font weight

Hi, In my Customizer the body has a weight of 100 but in inspector there's a  line that's forcing a 400, I would like to use 300.   blockquote p, body { </div>

1. font-weight: 400;

Hi, Please tell me which text of your theme is effected. It could be due to overriding of css, so check your css.
