April 18, 2020 at 4:27 pm #252510hothaibinhParticipantHi, I created a certificate template. This is what I desire https://prntscr.com/s1uucc However, every time I click save in the PDF certificate builder and click Update for the certificate, everything comes back to this https://prntscr.com/s1uucg , all the font, size, color, position of the texts were not saved at all. All of the 3 certificates I made suffered this issue. Please help me fix this. Thank you very much.April 20, 2020 at 12:47 pm #252869JacksonBlockedHello @hothaibihn, Please follow this tip first changes in PDF certiicates ---> save pdf certificate changes---> then update template page, and check, thanks,April 20, 2020 at 5:27 pm #252952hothaibinhParticipantThis reply has been marked as private.April 21, 2020 at 10:54 am #253160DianaParticipantThis reply has been marked as private.April 21, 2020 at 4:00 pm #253279hothaibinhParticipantPlease watch my screen recording, I tried to move the text to the middle, change its font and its size.: https://youtu.be/Hn_bgexkX4c After trying many things this is my conclusion:
- The only change I can save is moving the position of the text. When I click save then update, it stays where I want it to be.
Any other changes cannot be saved. If I change text font, text size, as soon as as I click save and update, all the changes disappear except for its position.
I think this feature is already broken, please help me fix.

I need your permissionApril 23, 2020 at 7:20 am #253684hothaibinhParticipantHi you can, please do that and let me know which plugin you deactivated. Can you help make a back up of the website, just in case something goes wrong ? Thank youApril 24, 2020 at 11:49 am #254087DianaParticipantYes, I will show a video of all the activated plugins of your site. For a safer side, ask your WebHost to create a backup of your site Then we will proceedApril 26, 2020 at 11:17 pm #254549hothaibinhParticipantHi Diana. I have backed up my site. Please proceed. Thank you very much.April 27, 2020 at 12:05 pm #254725DianaParticipantThis reply has been marked as private.April 28, 2020 at 3:20 am #254865hothaibinhParticipantHi sorry, what you did didn't change anything. I watched your video. You didn't change everything. You only changed the position (which I reported that I didn't have problem with) and color. What I have problem are font size and font family (you didn't try in your video) Please try enlarge the text and change font family to Helvetica to see if it work. May be you should try this with your local host first, if it works then try deactivating plugins on my webhost, just to see if it's problem with the certificate plugin.April 28, 2020 at 9:14 am #254950hothaibinhParticipantHi, Please try to change text size and font family on your local host and let me know if it works on your side. Please don't deactivate any plugins on my web host as I already have registered students, I don't want them to have bad experience at any point. If you want to deactivate on web host, please deactivate only the non pre-installed plugins coming with WPLMS. Thank youApril 28, 2020 at 10:30 am #254963VeronicaModeratorhi, i am unable to upload video due to some issue providing all the screenshots one by one: initial: https://prnt.sc/s7ao1v before changes: https://prnt.sc/s7api7 after changes: https://prnt.sc/s7axz3 with changes: https://prnt.sc/s7axfoApril 30, 2020 at 8:10 am #255543hothaibinhParticipantHi, thank you for the screenshot. Have you done that on your version of WPLMS or did you deploy my website to your local host ? What plugins did you use or deactivated ? Could you please share me the list of your plugins and their versions ? What wordpress version did you use ? Could you please deploy my website in your local host to see if it still works ? I wanna make sure whether the problem was associated with the new version of wordpress or my plugins Thank youMay 1, 2020 at 12:05 pm #255861VeronicaModeratorhi, yes i have tested this on my own local setup i have not deploy your site. i have all the basic plugins which are required for wplms theme with the latest version. and PDF Version to 1.9. but yes i have not installed any third party plugins and cache plugin. so if you have any then please make sure to try it again with deactivated plugins(third party ones and cache too). -
