Can’t import properly demo content and features

Hello! Good night everybody.
I made the purchase of the theme and followed exactly as the documentation for the installation of the same.
But several problems occurred, I redid the process 3x even with another demo version to really test. Some of them:
1) Completely broken demo content, even with active plugins. The few pages that came are flawed and very different from the model.
2) Buttons with bugs, for example when I click on “courses” inside the admin menu (print attached)
3) Other missing import/flow issues.

How can I proceed?
