    Hi, I have a course here https://elearning.survivalskills.vn/course/cham-soc-tre-em-2/ I can proceed to the next units normally, however, when I reach the final unit of the section, I can't proceed to the next one by clicking the button https://vimeo.com/536874506/49da7afda1 Please help thank you

    hi in this as you have enabled the previous unit lock this can happen that any unit is not completed or any quiz(that user didn't gained the passing marks of that quiz)

    Hi, yes, I enable the previous unit lock to prevent learners from skipping to the next unit without learning the previous one. The course I sent you only have 1 quiz at the end, before the section that I can't proceed to, there is no quiz at all, and users proceed normally by clicking the bottom button to complete it. The unit is obviously completed as I proceed many units, it is only stuck at before that specific section. Please login in and help me investigate, thank you

    yes right just checked the same on your site may I know if this issue is with this particular course or with all courses? and also try this remove this part: http://prntscr.com/11kdzsf from the curriculum and then check the same and if this doesn't work then please give me permission to create a new course to replicate this

    Hi, I have just checked, I found there is a quiz at the end of the first section, for some reason it was deleted and the name of the quiz changed to something like NA Deleted if I remember correctly. I think because I couldn't complete the quiz (as I didn't see it) so the system didn't allow me to proceed to the next unit. You are permitted to create new course to replicate the error. I am testing the courses again to see if my theory is correct. I think there should be a fail-safe mechanism or error message to notify about this when admin tried to delete the quiz
