Can't see Certification in Student Profile Dashboard

HIya , I have setup WPLMS at my site .. https://www.moto8way.com/academy . I have also created a course , Automotive Sticker here : https://www.moto8way.com/academy/course/developing-mobile-apps/ I tested the system , using student login Kelvin . He supposed to get a certificate after completion, ( I have configured at the certificate template and also at Automotive Sticker course to link the template ) . But there is no Certificate section at the Profile Dashboard , only the Badge. Please check the screenshot here : https://prnt.sc/ronzwy May I know how to get the Certificate section at his Profile Dashboard so Kelvin can download it ? Thanks Jet

@sohohost, I checked on your website, course certificate was disabled from your course settings, I have fixed the issue, the all I have done is that I have enabled the course certificate button from, Courses>Select a course> Edit course> Settings > Course Certificate. Thank You,   I enabled the same on the staging site but dont see it in the profile. The only difference is that I installed the "WPLMS PDF Certificates" plugin on the staging site. The credentials for the staging site are also loaded previously.  Was there any other settings involved as well. Does the WPLMS PDF Certificates have any impact on this??? https://prnt.sc/rrque0

I am expecting to see three certificates on the student [email protected] (credentials already uploaded ) I will try the courses on the main site as well. However I would really like to use the PDF Certificate plugin but am reluctant to install it directly on the main site.

OK,   I got it, I had to manually assign the certificates. Now I have that going I have two issues.

1. The ertificacte does not come up complete but like 1/3 on the right is missing. Staging site Certificate CA11 Can you please check and advise what is wrong. I have noticed that if I reduce the screen CTR+"-" to quite small then I can see the full certificate.

2. Can the certificate be allocated automatically allocated to the student, may be some settings need to be corrected.

  Credentials Uploaded earlier are still valid.
