Certificate adjusments doesnt work

Well the certificate has some limitations .It does not see very well in mobile for the first time . It needs to be open in a good resolution screen or atleast on laptop or desktop to render properly .we are using script that takes screenshot of the html geenrated. i havent disable image mode my purpose for this certificate that can be printed and partificents can use those certificate thats our purpose and it need to be on a4 paper i have tried every adjusments like 842x595px but it shows properly good in rendering middle of screen but for that adjustments qualities is bad and short for the a4 paper then i changed 1151x795 px it doesnt render good and it doesnt fir middle of screen but fit to a4 paper for print also quality is better than other so how we can solve this problem its really important.

This is a bit of an issue right now. We are adding a4 printing size in 3.9 update for certificates.
