Certificate Code doesn't display Year

{{year}}-{{courseid}}-{{n}} is set as Global Certificate Code Pattern.

However, the [certificate_code] generated in the certificates don't show the year (2019), but another number.

Your proposed action is just to change the code of Year for the generated certificates. The problem is that when customers generate certificates in the future, it will happen again. We can't ask every customer to clear cache during their normal operation. This function is not stable. I have reported this problem a couple of years ago. Please bring it to your development team.

Hello, this is working for me. i checked it several times and works fine. the main issue was caching as you stated above. http://prntscr.com/ov48ut i have updated the development team with a note for this and they will fix this in next update which is 3.9.6.
