Hi, this problem happens to all the course 1. When I finish the course and click on the certificate icon, it redirects me to a link like this https://elearning.survivalskills.vn/certificates/chung-nhan-cham-soc-tre-em/?c=3904&u=14 and the certificate is displayed correctly like this https://photos.app.goo.gl/qbZT4ru1kCxXy6uf6 or like the screenshot you share me 2. When I go to my account at https://elearning.survivalskills.vn/single-page/ -> Achievement -> When I click on the certificate there, it leads me to pdf viewer which displays like this https://photos.app.goo.gl/AC1n8RN82qtCYN2M6 3. When I use the certificate validator, it has the same problem with 2 This didn't happen before, it's a new bug I think, please help

Please advise me which font works, I don't see Vietnamese font in your instruction. I have tried OpenSans (worked terribly wrong), FreeSans and Time News Roman. You may created a new certificate template and see if it work

Hi I can't find arealuni.ttf, do you mean arialuni.ttf or I have to change the file name from arialuni.ttf to arealuni.ttf for the font to work ? This is all the font I have tried and none displayed correctly https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1jGyNeYI5NFiw44Ur9ZITH3-Yrmfb--vp?usp=sharing How may I know a font will work or not before I upload it to wordpress ? Adding the font, set it right in wp-admin and then remove and assign the certificate is quite time consuming, is there a faster way ?
