    It's an issue from the certificate template. certificate width and height was wrong. Refer: http://prntscr.com/pkk1p7 Please set it again. black image was due to extra width.
    Change it and then notify the user to regenerate the certificate. Regenerate the certificate for all size and CSS related issues. I have regenerated this certificate. it worked fine. Refer: http://prntscr.com/pkjghj

    I copied from one to other and they became the same. please check which one you want to keep. I have reverted my changes.

    whenever you change in template please follow some steps always Regenerate certificate
    Also, I checked your template both the template has a large width Please try by setting width: 800px; height: 1140px;
    It will solve your issue.
    I also checked some data was not coming in the right manner but setting height and width will solve it. Thank you.
